Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern all orders, samples and sourcing services through ArkTradePartners. By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of service

ArkTradePartners is a sourcing/procurement agency and supplier of sample packs. We are not the manufacturer of all listed products; some goods are sourced from third-party suppliers.

3. Quotes & pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude duties, taxes, shipping and banking fees unless stated. Quotes are valid for a limited period and subject to exchange-rate and freight changes.

4. Orders

Orders are binding upon written confirmation and/or payment. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of specifications, quantities and shipping details.

5. Payment

Payment in full (or agreed deposit) is required before production or shipment. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

6. Shipping & risk

Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates. Sea freight on a DDP (door-to-door, duties included) basis is available on request.

7. Incoterms & duties

Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes. DDP terms are available on request for sea freight.

8. Intellectual property

Custom/OEM orders must not infringe third-party IP; the buyer warrants they have the right to use any provided logos or designs.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods or service fees; no indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
