Sample shop. You can order low-cost sample packs and individual sample products straight from this site to evaluate quality before committing to bulk.

Sourcing & order management. For buyers who are ready to scale, we find and vet factories, develop samples, follow production, inspect the goods and ship door-to-door.

One honest note: we're not the manufacturer of every item we list. Some products are sourced from vetted third-party factories — that's stated in the Terms of Service.

Each pack is a fixed-price kit curated from one product category, available in three tiers — Basic, Pro and Ultra — so you can choose how deep you want to go.

Once a pack is in your cart you can add individual extra items at checkout, which lets you shape the box around what you actually need to evaluate. Quantities are adjustable before you pay.

Yes. Individual samples are listed in the Sample Shop from $1.50 per unit — useful if you already know which product you want to check.

No. Guest checkout works fine. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and reorder the same items later.

Yes — private-label and OEM work is a big part of what we do: logos, labels, custom packaging and buyer-specified specifications.

Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, since the goods are made specifically for you.

Sample packs have no minimum — that's the whole point of them. For bulk production, the MOQ depends on the item and the factory, and we confirm it in writing in your quote.

If you already have your own factory, we can run full order management for you — 3%–5% of product value, minimum $100 per order, covering factory communication, inspection and shipping to your market. If you don't have a factory, our Direct Sourcing service carries no separate service fee: it's built into the product unit price.

It depends on the category and how custom the order is. Roughly 15–30 days for Home & Garden, and 20–45 days for Consumer Electronics. Your quote always states the exact lead time for your order.

Worldwide. We have rate groups for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and the rest of the world.

Automatically at checkout. We work out the chargeable weight and volume for your order and destination, price both air and sea options, and charge you the cheaper one — so you're not overpaying for a method you didn't need.

Air minimums start at $6 for Southeast Asia and $12 for the US, UK, EU and Australia. Sea freight starts at $70 per CBM.

Air: roughly 7–15 days. Sea freight door-to-door: roughly 20–40 days depending on the lane and sailing schedule.

Not by default — most shipments are sent with import duties and taxes payable by you on arrival. If you'd rather have one all-in price, sea freight on a DDP basis (door-to-door with duties and taxes paid) is available on request.

Yes. Tracking details are emailed to you automatically as soon as your order is dispatched.

PayPal — and through it credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and several local payment methods. All prices on the site are in US dollars.

Yes. Card payments are handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number, and your payment details never touch our server.

Yes — quality control is part of the service, not an extra. We work with vetted suppliers, handle testing and certification where it applies, and inspect goods at our warehouse before they ship.

Orders placed through Direct Sourcing carry a quality guarantee with free replacement on confirmed defects.

Samples are supplied for evaluation, so sample packs and individual samples are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped, regardless of condition. That's exactly why we keep sample pricing low.

Tell us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photos or video and the quantities affected. Our remedy is replacement, rework or a partial credit rather than a cash refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

No. Minor difference in shade, size (±1–2 cm), texture or print position within normal industry tolerance is not treated as a defect. For custom work we'll agree the tolerance with you up front, before production starts.

Two models, depending on whether you have your own factory:

Direct Sourcing — no separate service fee. It's included in the product unit price, and comes with a quality guarantee, two months of free warehousing and a $9-per-product photo coupon on orders over $1,000.

Factory Order Management — 3%–5% of product value, minimum $100 per order, when you already have a factory and need us to coordinate, inspect and ship.

Brand building work — packaging design, photography, video and e-commerce assets — is quoted per project. Product photography starts at $3 per photo.
